Resulting
from the slow part of Taï Chi Chuan, it fast highlight many
new movements, combining elasticity and promptitude. It does not
act of physical explosion of force, but to exert the spontaneousness
of the gesture while it making and more rapid at the same time more
fluid, shorter.
To make well the difference between power and violence, mollesse
and flexibility.
The
fast part does not make up of gestures dry and blocked at the end
of the movements, but of racourcissement of the arms.
The movement of the arms is less full than during the slow part,
and thus, the gesture becomes condensed, precise, effective, energetic.
The end of the movement involves the beginning of the following
at once, without interruption, as in the slow one. Chi is released
but does not lose itself nor does not block itself.
